SS United Football Club Terms & Conditions

DISCLAIMER

All students, staff, and parents must adhere to the respective Code of Conduct and all other policies while attending SS United Football Club (SSUFC), SS United Camps (SSUC), or any associated events/offerings. By submitting an application form, allowing your child to attend a class, attending a class yourself, or being present on SSUFC premises or locations where SSUFC operates, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and commit to following the Code of Conduct and supporting policies. SSUFC, its staff, and volunteers are not responsible for any negligence in adhering to these policies. All policies can be viewed on our website: www.ssunited.co.uk.


TRIAL - NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY

We offer a trial for children who are new to SSUFC. After the trial, you will receive communication as to whether you have been successful or not. You have 48 hours to decide before the space is offered to the next child on the waiting list.


SECTION 1 - REGISTRATION FEES / MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Registration Fee:
New starters, we require a registration fee of £70 to be paid as soon as possible into this account.

Monthly Subscription:
You then pay a monthly subscription of £39.99. The first payment will be deducted on the 1st of August and will continue monthly until the 1st of May.

If you wish to continue with the club for the following season, your payments will continue for the 1st June, 1st July, and 1st August 2025. These payments will cover your registration fee for the next season (non refundable).

Continuous Payment System:
For those continuing with the club, payments will roll out automatically, simplifying the process. From this point onward, payments will be a flat rate year-round. This system eases our administrative load and ensures a smooth payment process for all members. This means no one off registration fee anymore because this is covered by your instalments on 1st June, July & August.

Kit / Sponsors
Please note kits are a separate cost of £40 per kit (shirt, shorts & socks). We have a training and match kit. Like many clubs we rely on teams / managers to help secure sponsors. Multiple sponsors means we give multiple kits free for the team.

SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION POLICY

If you decide not to stay with the club, you must provide notice before the 1st of May to cancel your subscription. Your final payment would then be on the 1st of May.

To cancel your subscription, provide one month’s notice. After submitting your notice, you will make one final payment and have access to classes for that month. Complete the cancellation form here: https://forms.gle/6e43mXNEDwzGzcSz5.


SECTION 3 - REFUND POLICY

SSUFC does not provide refunds for holidays, other commitments, or mid-month departures. No refunds or credits are given for missed classes. For long-term injury or illness, provide a medical note for review, which may lead to a frozen price plan or moving your child to the waiting list.


SECTION 4 - REGISTRATION, ATTENDANCE, AND ABSENCE

Inform SSUFC of your child's absence by Whatsapp preferably (email or phone). If an offering is cancelled due to coach sickness, a health epidemic, or unforeseen events, SSUFC will attempt to reschedule or provide an alternative, possibly on a different day/time or at a different venue. Online alternatives may be considered if physical offerings are not possible. No refunds are given if an offering is rescheduled or an alternative is provided.


SECTION 5 - RIGHT TO ATTEND, CHANGE CLASSES, AND WITHDRAW OR TERMINATE ATTENDANCE

All current SSUFC members are guaranteed a spot in an SSUFC class and are automatically enrolled each month. Missed classes cannot be swapped for different ones.


SECTION 6 - DISCOUNTS

A 25% sibling discount is offered for the second child attending SSUFC classes/offerings. After completing your booking and adding card details, we will update your subscription to include the discount.


SECTION 7 - HOLIDAY CAMPS

Payment for holiday camps must be made in advance through the online booking system.


SECTION 8 - PHOTOGRAPHY/MARKETING

Children's names will not appear alongside photographs in any SSUFC marketing material or publications. The registration form includes an option to consent to photography/videos for marketing purposes.


SECTION 9 - YOUR INFORMATION

Inform us of any medical conditions your child has and ensure necessary medication/devices are brought to sessions and matches. Keep emergency contact and child details up to date when booking. If your child requires special support, inform us prior to booking to discuss accommodations and suitability. Our aim is to make classes accessible. Trial participation is available on a paid basis to assess suitability. We do not provide one-to-one support. 


SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
